SRM L’Oriental: COPIL Reviews the Performance of Water and Electricity Networks

On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, the General Director of the Regional Multiservice Company of Oriental (SRM L’Oriental) chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee (COPIL) focused on the performance of drinking water and electricity networks.

This meeting served as a platform to present the performance metrics recorded as of the end of December 2025, in alignment with recommendations from the previous committee session. Discussions included a detailed analysis of performance indicators, highlighting both the progress achieved and areas that need strengthening.

A comprehensive report on the improvement actions implemented over the past year was shared, followed by the presentation of the 2026 action plan. This plan sets target objectives at both the overall level and for each provincial directorate, aiming for continuous optimization of networks and performance management.
