Saham Bank Reinvents Its Mobile App and Integrates an AI-Based Assistant

Saham Bank Advances Digital Transformation with New Mobile App Launch
Saham Bank is continuing its digital transformation with the launch of a revamped version of its mobile application, now available to all its retail, professional, and business clients. This redesign aims to simplify remote banking operations, enhance navigation, and facilitate interactions with advisors.
The application features several new functionalities, including the activation of virtual bank cards based on the subscribed plan, access to card codes, modifications of payment limits, and the ability to schedule appointments with an advisor. The user pathways have also been streamlined, allowing users to access the most commonly used services more quickly.
One of the standout innovations is LiA, an AI-based assistant available to all clients. This tool enables users to make requests in natural language and be guided toward the functionalities they are seeking. For instance, users can ask where to find their bank identity statement (RIB) or how to modify their card limit.
Currently, LiA primarily assists with navigation and access to banking services. However, Saham Bank plans to gradually expand the AI’s capabilities to offer more personalized features. The bank has also stated that the assistant is designed with strict adherence to security and privacy standards.
Moreover, the new app simplifies account management for professionals who have both personal and business spaces, allowing them to switch between the two with just one click.
For businesses, the bank has further enhanced its myBusiness web and mobile platforms. These platforms allow users to monitor upcoming credits and debits, improving the oversight of banking operations and anticipating cash flow needs.
This evolution is part of Saham Bank’s broader digitalization strategy, which has already introduced fully online account opening and packages including several standard transactions, such as free instant transfers.
In parallel, the bank is continuing to evolve its agency network and support systems, with the goal of strengthening personalized advisory services while providing clients with greater autonomy in managing their accounts on a daily basis.
