Significant Increase in Water Resources at Moroccan Dams
In the past 24 hours, several dams across Morocco have experienced a notable increase in water resources, thanks to recent hydrological inputs that have improved the filling rates of these infrastructures.
Regional Data:
Taounate: The Al Wahda dam received 152.1 million cubic meters of water, bringing its filling rate to 89.2%.
Taounate: The Idriss I dam recorded 54.1 million cubic meters of water, achieving a filling rate of 76.7%.
Larache: The Dar Khroufa dam welcomed 53.1 million cubic meters, elevating its filling level to 78.7%.
Tétouan: The Cherif Idrissi dam reached 100% capacity, having received 17.9 million cubic meters of water.
Tangier-Asilah: The April 9, 1947 dam obtained 17.6 million cubic meters, resulting in a filling rate of 56.3%.
Beni Mellal: The Ahmed El Hansali dam recorded 15.5 million cubic meters, with a filling rate of 76.3%.
These figures highlight the positive impact of recent water contributions, strengthening water reserves and improving the overall situation of water resources in various dams across the Kingdom.
