AXA Services Morocco, UM5, and EST Salé: A Strategic Partnership to Enhance Student Employability

A University-Enterprise Partnership for Youth Employment

AXA Services Morocco is accelerating its focus on training and employability in Morocco. On April 15, in Rabat, the company officially signed two agreements with Mohammed V University (UM5) and the Higher School of Technology in Salé (ESTS). This initiative aims to foster lasting synergy between higher education and the business world.

At the heart of this collaboration lies the determination to bridge the gap between academic skills and labor market needs, a critical challenge for the integration of young graduates in Morocco.

Training Tailored to Market Needs

The agreements outline the development of customized training programs, including degree courses, certification programs, and continuing education. These tracks will be crafted in close collaboration with AXA Services Morocco to meet the concrete demands of professions, particularly in the insurance and services sectors.

The goal is clear: to equip students with operational skills that are directly valuable in the job market.

Work-Study Programs: A Key Driver for Professional Integration

Among the major initiatives of this partnership is the establishment of a work-study program at ESTS in Salé, dedicated to careers in insurance. This model, which combines academic training and practical experience, serves as an effective lever to facilitate students’ integration into professional life.

AXA Services Morocco is also committed to hosting students for internships, final projects, and research work, thereby enhancing their immersion in a real professional environment.

AXA Services Morocco Invests in Tomorrow’s Talent

Through this initiative, the group reaffirms its commitment to developing human capital. According to its General Director, Thierry Goument, this partnership embodies a clear ambition: to support young talent and co-construct pathways aligned with the strategic needs of the company.

For its part, Mohammed V University, through its president Mohammed Rhachi, emphasizes the importance of strengthening ties with the socio-economic ecosystem to enhance student employability.

Research, Innovation, and Career Opportunities

Beyond training, the agreements also encompass a scientific and technological dimension. Joint research projects, along with the organization of conferences, seminars, and hackathons, will enrich this collaboration.

In parallel, AXA Services Morocco will contribute to identifying recruitment needs, disseminating job offers, and providing access to professional opportunities, ranging from internships to first jobs.
