The Board of Directors of the Regional Multi-Service Company – Oriental convened at the company’s headquarters under the leadership of its president. The meeting focused on finalizing the accounts for the 2025 fiscal year and reviewing the company’s activities over the past year.

This meeting was a pivotal moment for assessing the company’s performance. The directors reviewed the major achievements of 2025, which was marked by the launch of significant investment programs that encompassed structural projects in the sectors of water, electricity, and wastewater management. These initiatives contributed to improving the quality of services provided and strengthening basic infrastructure. The company also recorded a notable improvement in its management indicators within the framework of its strategy to modernize public services and ensure their continuity at the highest standards.

Furthermore, the Board examined the challenges related to the company’s financial situation, particularly those inherent to its startup phase and the requirements for financial balance. At the conclusion of the discussions, the Board approved the accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. It was also decided to convene the Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders on June 25, 2026, for the final approval of the accounts and the adoption of strategic directions for the company’s future.

The proceedings were concluded with a message of loyalty and fidelity to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.
