Regional Multi-Service Company Board Meeting: Reviewing 2025 Financials

The Board of Directors of the Regional Multi-Service Company – Oriental convened at the company’s headquarters under the leadership of its president. The meeting focused on finalizing the accounts for the 2025 fiscal year and reviewing the company’s activities over the past year.

It was also decided to convene the Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders on June 25, 2026, for the final approval of the accounts and the adoption of strategic directions for the company’s future.
