The French group Ayvens concludes its Moroccan venture.

The French group Ayvens is already closing the chapter on its Moroccan operations. Less than a year after entering the national market, the company has decided to withdraw from the Kingdom as part of an international strategy focused on prioritizing other activities.

The Moroccan experience has thus proven to be particularly brief. Established at the end of last year, the group has opted to sell all its shares following interest from several stakeholders. According to available information, the transfer process is now finalized.

A direct consequence of this swift exit is that ALD Maroc is no longer included in the consolidated financial statements of the French group, officially marking the end of its presence in Morocco.

This withdrawal occurs within a broader context of regional disengagement. Following Morocco, Ayvens is also preparing to exit the United Arab Emirates. By the end of 2025, the group signed an agreement to sell its 49% stake in its operational subsidiary in the Emirates. However, the completion of this transaction hinges on approval from local competition authorities.
