Royal Air Maroc Expands with Direct Flight to Verona

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is continuing its international expansion with the launch of a new direct flight connecting Casablanca to Verona, Italy. This new route is part of the strategy to strengthen the Casablanca hub and enhance connections to key European markets.

The service will be operational starting June 21, 2026, with multiple weekly flights.

A Strategic Connection Between Morocco and Italy

With this new launch, Royal Air Maroc bolsters its presence in the Italian market, which is already considered one of its major European routes.

The national airline now serves several major Italian cities and adds Verona to its network, further confirming the growth of its routes to northern Italy.

This new route aims to meet the rising demand for mobility between the two countries, catering to both tourist travel and business trips, as well as economic exchanges.

Strengthening the Casablanca Hub

The Casablanca-Verona route fits into RAM’s overall strategy to solidify Mohammed V Airport as an international transit hub.

Passengers departing from Verona will benefit from connections to numerous destinations in Africa, Europe, and the Americas via Casablanca.

This approach further enhances Morocco’s role as an aviation hub between multiple continents.

A Structured and Regular Flight Program

The route will operate multiple flights per week, scheduled on fixed days to cater to travelers’ needs.

The schedules are designed to optimize international connections and streamline passenger flows in both directions.

Royal Air Maroc’s Continuous Expansion Strategy

This new route is part of a broader expansion plan by Royal Air Maroc, which is continuously adding new destinations and strengthening its existing routes.

The objective is clear: to enhance Morocco’s connectivity with major global metropolises and support the growth of tourism, commerce, and international trade.

A Driver for Tourism and Economic Exchanges

Beyond air transport, this new route contributes to the development of economic and tourism relations between Morocco and Italy.

It is expected to facilitate the movement of tourists, investors, and the Moroccan diaspora, while also strengthening trade flows between the two countries.
