Victory for the Atlas Lionesses against Tunisia in a friendly match

The Moroccan women’s national team clinched a 3-1 victory against their Tunisian counterparts on Friday in a friendly soccer match held at the Père Jégo Stadium in Casablanca.

The Moroccan goals were scored by Yasmine Mrabet (39th minute), Ibtissam Jraidi (50th minute), and Imen Ghazouani (54th minute), while Tunisia’s Sabah Shaiek managed to pull one back with a goal in the 48th minute.

This match is part of the preparation for the Atlas Lionesses ahead of the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (AWCON), set to take place in Morocco from July 5 to July 26, 2025. The Moroccan team is scheduled to play another friendly against Cameroon next Tuesday, again at the Père Jégo Stadium.
