PwC Morocco Appoints Ahmed El Filali as Deals & Valuation Partner to Enhance Its Transaction Expertise

PwC Morocco continues to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of Ahmed El Filali as an Associate in Deals & Valuation. This promotion aligns with the firm’s strategy to enhance its expertise in transactions, financial valuation, and supporting investors in Morocco and the Maghreb region.
A Recognized Expert in Mergers and Acquisitions
Ahmed El Filali, a graduate of CentraleSupélec and Sciences Po, began his career in mergers and acquisitions consulting at Lazard before joining PwC’s Deals team in Paris in 2011.
With 15 years of experience within the PwC network, he has contributed since 2018 to the development of financial valuation activities in the Moroccan market and the growth of the Deals platform in the Maghreb. His expertise includes financial modeling, business valuations, business plan development, and supporting groups and investment funds in their strategic operations.
Strengthening Offerings for Investors
In his new role, Ahmed El Filali will be tasked with solidifying PwC’s position in transaction services across the Maghreb and accelerating the development of services tailored for investment funds.
The firm aims to support its clients through all stages of their operations: financial evaluations, modeling, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructurings, and value creation, in an economic environment characterized by increased investments and external growth operations.
