Flexible Work: IWG Accelerates Its Expansion in Morocco with Four New Locations

International Workplace Group Expands in Morocco
The global specialist in flexible workspaces, International Workplace Group (IWG), continues its expansion in Morocco. The group, known for its brands such as Spaces and Regus, has announced the opening of four new locations in the Kingdom to meet the growing demand from companies and professionals for hybrid work and coworking options.
The new sites include Spaces Bouskoura Marriott, Regus Nozha, Regus Sidi Amar Avenue, and Spaces Metwork. These spaces offer private offices, coworking zones, modern meeting rooms, and collaborative areas designed to foster innovation and creativity.
Growing Demand for Flexible Workspaces
This expansion comes at a time when work models are rapidly evolving. Increasingly, companies are adopting hybrid models that allow their employees to work from various locations while maintaining a high level of productivity and job satisfaction.
According to IWG, organizations are now seeking greater flexibility to optimize their real estate costs, enhance team well-being, and provide access to professional spaces suited to new usages.
Morocco: A Strategic Market for IWG
The new openings result from partnership agreements with property owners who have chosen to integrate IWG’s global platform into their assets. This approach allows for the transformation of certain buildings into flexible work centers operated under the group’s brands.
Morocco is increasingly recognized as a high-potential market for this sector, particularly due to the growth of its entrepreneurial fabric, the rise of hybrid work, and the attractiveness of its major economic hubs.
Casablanca and Tangier Driving Expansion
Mark Dixon, Executive Chairman of International Workplace Group, notes that the Kingdom represents a strategic destination in the group’s roadmap.
He emphasizes that the demand for flexible work solutions is significantly increasing in Morocco, especially in major economic metropolises like Casablanca and Tangier, which concentrate a substantial portion of investments, corporate headquarters, and industrial activities.
According to him, businesses are placing growing importance on flexible work models, which have become a key factor in attracting and retaining talent.
A Strong Global Growth Trajectory
This announcement is part of the ongoing international expansion of the group. In the first quarter of 2026, IWG recorded unprecedented growth, signing 382 new sites worldwide.
Through this strategy, the group is gradually strengthening its global network of workspaces while solidifying its position as a key player in coworking and hybrid work.
With these new openings, Morocco is thus solidifying its position among the most dynamic markets on the continent regarding flexible professional real estate and new forms of work organization.
