CMGP Group Increases Revenue by 41.7% in the First Half of the Year, Driven by Agricultural Recovery

CMGP Group Reports Significant Growth in First Half of 2026
CMGP Group has recorded a remarkable advancement in its operations during the first half of 2026, driven by improved conditions in the agricultural sector, a resurgence in various infrastructure projects, and an increasing contribution from its industrial and commercial activities.
By the end of June 2026, the group’s consolidated revenue reached 1.58 billion dirhams, compared to 1.12 billion dirhams in the same period a year earlier. This change reflects an annual increase of 41.7%.
The momentum particularly accelerated in the second quarter, with consolidated revenue soaring to 879 million dirhams, up from 579 million dirhams in the second quarter of 2025, marking an impressive annual growth of 51.7%.
In terms of investments, CMGP Group has also intensified its efforts over the first six months of the year. Total investments amounted to 73 million dirhams, compared to 22 million dirhams a year earlier. This funding was primarily allocated to the acquisition of Sodipire, the development of industrial capacities, and the enhancement of storage capabilities through the establishment of a new logistics platform.
Meanwhile, the group’s net debt stood at 1.07 billion dirhams by the end of June 2026, up from 949 million dirhams at the end of December 2025. This increase is mainly attributed to a rise in working capital needs amidst the strong growth of operations.
The contributions from CPCM, Agrosem, and Sodipire have also seen substantial growth. Their combined contribution increased by 27.2% compared to their pro forma contribution in the first half of 2025, thereby enhancing their significance in the group’s commercial growth.
CMGP Group attributes this robust performance to improved business conditions within the agricultural sector. Rainfall recorded between late 2025 and early 2026 particularly supported agricultural activities, which in turn bolstered demand for sector-related inputs and equipment.
The gradual recovery of several infrastructure projects has further aided the group’s operations. Coupled with the ongoing momentum in industrial chemical activities, this has provided additional growth drivers during the period.
Building on these results from the first half, the group anticipates a continuation of this positive trend in the coming months. CMGP Group aims to capitalize on the recovery of its key markets and the ramp-up of its industrial capabilities to maintain its growth trajectory in the second half of 2026.
