APIC Launches the Inaugural National Ceramics Day under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Trade

A New Event to Structure the Ceramics Sector in Morocco
The Professional Association of Ceramics Manufacturers (APIC) has announced the launch of the first National Ceramics Day, endorsed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
This initiative aims to further structure a rapidly evolving sector by creating a space for dialogue among industrialists, experts, and public decision-makers on issues related to competitiveness and innovation.
A Strategic Sector for the National Industry
The ceramics sector holds a significant position within Morocco’s industrial landscape, particularly in construction, building, and finishing materials. Through this national day, industry professionals hope to showcase investment opportunities, local production capacities, and the challenges associated with industrial modernization.
Innovation, Competitiveness, and Upscaling
The event is part of a broader movement to upscale the national industry, with a specific focus on innovation, product quality, and the integration of new technologies. Discussions are expected to address international standards, material sustainability, and enhancing the competitiveness of Moroccan companies in both local and export markets.
A Platform for Dialogue Between Public and Private Sectors
This day also represents an opportunity to strengthen cooperation between public and private stakeholders in the sector. It aims to identify development levers, particularly in training, industrial investment, and support for innovation.
A Sector in Search of Structure and Visibility
Through this initiative, APIC aims to provide greater visibility for Moroccan ceramics and support its transformation into a modern and competitive industrial sector capable of meeting the demands of both national and international markets.
