Delta Holding Maintains Stability in Activity While Reducing Debt

Delta Holding has maintained a generally stable level of activity during the first half of 2026, while continuing to improve its financial situation through a reduction in debt.

According to financial data released by the group, the consolidated revenue reached approximately 1.32 billion dirhams in the first six months of the year, marking a level nearly identical to that recorded during the same period in 2025.

In the second quarter, the group’s revenues amounted to 724 million dirhams, compared to 755 million dirhams a year earlier, reflecting a decline of about 4%.

Present in several sectors, including infrastructure, metal industries, water, environment, and specialty chemicals, Delta Holding has a diversified portfolio that covers various segments related to industry and infrastructure.

Alongside the stability of its operations, the group has continued to implement its investment program. Investment expenditures totaled 40 million dirhams in the first half of 2026, with 24 million dirhams spent in the second quarter alone.

From a financial perspective, the evolution of debt stands out as one of the key positive indicators for the period. Consolidated net financial debt decreased by 8% compared to the same period last year.

The decline is even more pronounced at the corporate level, with a 43% reduction in net financial debt, reflecting the group’s efforts to strengthen its financial balance and optimize its financing structure.

These results demonstrate Delta Holding’s ability to maintain the stability of its activity in the first half of 2026, despite a slight decline in revenues during the second quarter, while continuing its efforts to reduce debt and enhance its financial strength.
