Mohamed Kharraki Appointed General Director of LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire

LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire has welcomed a new General Manager. The group announced in early August 2026 the appointment of Mohamed Kharraki to lead its Ivorian subsidiary, marking a new chapter in the career of this executive, who has spent over two decades within the Holcim group.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mohamed Kharraki has held various leadership positions within the group, particularly in Morocco and Kenya. This international experience is highlighted as one of the key assets contributing to his appointment in Abidjan.
Prior to his relocation to Côte d’Ivoire, he served as the Director of Transformation in Morocco. In this role, he was involved in several strategic initiatives focused on enhancing operational performance, accelerating digitization, and reducing carbon footprints.
With this new role, the group is counting on his expertise to support the teams at the Ivorian subsidiary, strengthen value creation for clients and partners, and facilitate the ongoing development in the local market.
This appointment comes at a time when the construction sector in Côte d’Ivoire is experiencing continued momentum, with increasing expectations for industrial performance, innovation, and environmental transition.
As the head of LafargeHolcim Côte d’Ivoire, Mohamed Kharraki will be tasked with overseeing the transformation of the subsidiary and consolidating its growth, drawing from the experience he has gained within the group and across various markets where he has held responsibilities.
