Nasser Bourita Welcomes the Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs in Rabat

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, received Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, the Mauritanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians abroad, this Friday in Rabat. Ould Merzoug is the envoy of Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani and brought an important message to His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

During this meeting, Bourita emphasized the strong ties between Morocco and Mauritania. The two ministers discussed avenues for bilateral cooperation and future perspectives, as well as means to strengthen coordination between their two countries.

This visit highlights the ongoing commitment of both nations to deepen their strategic partnership and work together to address common regional challenges.
