Islamic Solidarity Games Riyadh 2025 (Futsal): Moroccan Team Qualifies for the Semifinals

The Moroccan national futsal team has secured a spot in the semifinals of the 6th edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, after defeating their Afghan counterparts 4-0 on Saturday in Riyadh during the third and final day of Group B.

The goals for the squad, coached by Hicham Dguig, were scored by Soufiane El Mesrar and Bilal El Bakkali, who netted a hat trick.

With this result, the Moroccan team solidifies its position at the top of Group B with a total of 7 points.

Morocco will face the second-placed team from Group A in the semifinals on Sunday.

The Moroccan delegation at the Islamic Solidarity Games comprises 76 athletes.
