The Digital Development Agency (ADD) Holds Its 7th Board Meeting and Approves Its New Roadmap for 2030

Minister Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni Presides Over Seventh Session of the Digital Development Agency’s Board

Madame Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, the Delegate Minister to the Head of Government in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, chaired the seventh session of the Board of Directors of the Digital Development Agency (ADD).

This session marked a pivotal step in strengthening the Agency’s strategic role, in line with the insightful vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.

Held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, the meeting is part of the ongoing implementation of the national strategy "Digital Morocco 2030." This ambitious initiative aims to position the Kingdom as a leading regional digital hub, endowed with strong innovation capabilities, while promoting a sustainable and inclusive digital ecosystem that enhances the competitiveness of the national economy and improves the quality of public services.

During this meeting, Mr. Amine El Mezouaghi, General Director of the Digital Development Agency, in the presence of Board members, reiterated the Agency’s objectives, which align with key national initiatives, including:

  • Supporting the progressive and enhanced digitization of essential public services;
  • Contributing to the promotion of innovation and supporting the digital economy;
  • Encouraging the growing adoption of digital tools for users;
  • Participating in reducing the digital divide by fostering digital inclusion;
  • Ensuring the exemplary performance of the Agency.

The Board approved the new roadmap, associated action plan, and project budget during these discussions. They also approved a project for the reorganization of the Agency and a restructuring of its personnel status.

This reflects the Digital Development Agency’s commitment, under the auspices of the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, to support an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation that aligns with the strategic directions of the Kingdom.
