“Juha”: Qatar Unveils the Official Mascot for the 2025 Arab Cup

Just a few days before the kickoff of the Arab Cup 2025, scheduled to take place from December 1 to 18 in Qatar, the organizing committee revealed the official mascot of the event on Sunday in Doha.

The choice fell on an iconic figure from Arabic cultural heritage: “Juha”, a legendary character whose stories have transcended centuries and borders, from the Maghreb to the Middle East.

A symbol of humor, wit, and sometimes innocent mischief, Juha was selected for his central role in the collective imagination of the Arab world.

With Juha as the mascot, the Arab Cup 2025 aims to pay homage to shared cultural roots and unite supporters around a common symbol that is both popular and inclusive.
