Launch of the “AI Generation: Boosting 1,000 Moroccan SMEs” Initiative by CGEM

The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) announced on Monday the launch of the initiative “Generation AI: Boosting 1,000 Moroccan SMEs,” in partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and LinkedIn. This program aims to assist 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in Morocco in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) by providing them with exclusive learning licenses on the LinkedIn platform.
Through this initiative, CGEM and its partners intend to equip Moroccan entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills necessary to better grasp the new opportunities presented by artificial intelligence. This is expected to enhance their competitiveness and productivity.
Entrepreneurs will also gain access to various training modules covering topics such as innovation, sustainable development, and digital strategy. The licenses issued will be individual and non-transferable, remaining valid until September 2025.
Interested companies must submit their applications through a specific form and commit to completing at least two training modules. This initiative is supported by AFEM (Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco) and Technopark to optimize its impact within the Moroccan entrepreneurial community.
