The Moroccan tennis team faces Zimbabwe in the World Group II play-offs of the Davis Cup.

The Moroccan national tennis team will face a crucial match against Zimbabwe on January 31 and February 1 in Harare, as part of the World Group II playoffs of the Davis Cup, according to a statement from the Royal Moroccan Tennis Federation (FRMT).
A victory would allow Morocco to advance to the World Group II matches scheduled for September, as stated by the FRMT.
In his first match as the captain of the national team, Hicham Arazi is leading a delegation that includes players Elliot Benchetrit, Karim Bennani, Younes Lalami Laaroussi, Rabie Chaki, and Mohamed Taha Baadi, who is making his debut in the national selection at ATP ranking 681.
The coaching staff comprises Norsayl Nejdi (assistant coach), Mohamed Rharbal (physical trainer), and Hatim Jorio (physiotherapist), while Hicham Kanouni will represent the Moroccan delegation.
