The Multiservice Regional Company Casablanca-Settat Implements Universal Bill Payment Across All Its Agencies

The Casablanca-Settat Multiservices Company has announced the implementation of a new system aimed at enhancing territorial equity and improving service quality. This initiative allows users to pay their water and electricity bills at any agency within the Casablanca-Settat region, regardless of their place of residence.
This new system eliminates the challenges previously faced by numerous customers, who had to travel between different agencies according to the service required or their residential area. Now, payments can be made simply and quickly at a single counter, thereby streamlining processes, reducing travel, and enhancing customer service at agencies.
To strengthen payment channels, the company specifies that it has an integrated network comprising over 80 customer agencies, alongside more than 5,500 proximity points (service spaces, kiosks, local businesses, etc.). This is in addition to digital solutions such as the “Fatourati” platform, the company website, its mobile application, and online banking services.
Moreover, the institution continues to expand its territorial presence, particularly in rural areas, through the establishment of new proximity agencies. Several agencies have already opened in the provinces of Sidi Bennour, Benslimane, and Settat, with more openings planned soon, along with mobile agencies designed to bring services closer to underserved populations.

By 2026, the number of contact points for users is expected to reach approximately 160, thereby enhancing the accessibility and proximity of services.
In terms of customer relations, a unified regional center has been established, operational 24/7, handling hundreds of thousands of calls each year, alongside services for guidance, complaint tracking, and notifications related to consumption and incidents. This has significantly improved customer satisfaction rates.
Regarding billing, the company relies on a modern meter reading system that utilizes digital tools, ensuring data reliability and transparency, with billing based on actual consumption.

Serving over five million customers, the Casablanca-Settat Multiservices Company reaffirms its commitment to modernizing its infrastructure and ensuring equitable and continuous access to essential services, including water, electricity, liquid sanitation, and public lighting.
