The General Directorate of Meteorology has announced localized strong thunderstorms, accompanied by gusty winds and hail, expected on Monday, April 27, and Tuesday, April 28, across several regions of the Kingdom. The alert level has been classified as "orange."
Significant Rainfall Expected in Central Provinces
Rainfall accumulations are predicted to reach between 30 and 40 mm on Monday, from 2 PM to 11 PM, in the provinces of Khémisset, Sidi Slimane, Khénifra, Khouribga, Fquih Ben Salah, Azilal, Béni Mellal, Settat, Marrakech, El Kelaâ des Sraghna, Al Haouz, and Rehamna.
Rain Showers Forecast for the North and Rif
Precipitation of 25 to 30 mm is also anticipated in the provinces of Chefchaouen, Al Hoceïma, Driouch, Taza, and Taounate, starting Monday at 6 PM through Tuesday at 6 AM.
Caution Urged for Residents
