Agadir: Launch of the “Safety Doors” Initiative to Promote a “Zero Accident” Culture

As part of the celebration of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Mohammed Amrezak, the General Director of the Souss-Massa Regional Multi-Service Company, launched the “Open House on Safety” event on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, in Agadir. This initiative is aimed at staff, employees, and their families.

An Initiative to Strengthen Occupational Risk Prevention
This initiative aligns with the organization’s strategy to enhance the management of occupational risks and bolster a comprehensive approach that places the safety of individuals at the heart of improving performance and productivity within a safe and responsible work environment.

Promoting a “Zero Accident” Culture
Held under the slogan “By investing in prevention, training, and awareness measures, we instill the culture of zero accidents,” the event showcased personal and collective protective equipment as well as the international technical standards adopted by the company.

Visitors explored various thematic areas while receiving communication materials and awareness guides designed to reinforce a culture of prevention in the workplace.

Awareness from a Young Age
On the educational front, an interactive drawing workshop was organized for employees’ children, aimed at raising awareness among new generations about prevention and responsibility through fun and educational activities.

This approach also seeks to strengthen the link between the professional environment and the family framework, transforming safety into a shared value.

A Momentum Set to Expand Across the Region
This initiative is expected to extend to all provincial departments under the company in the provinces of Chtouka Aït Baha, Inzegane Aït Melloul, Taroudant, Tiznit, and Tata. This movement reinforces the role of the Souss-Massa Regional Multi-Service Company as a key player in regional development, combining operational efficiency with safety and social responsibility.
