The DGI Expands Legal Electronic Notifications

The General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) has implemented a new electronic notification system, establishing the email address declared by taxpayers as a digital tax residence with binding legal value. This measure is part of the provisions of the 2026 Finance Law.
