Cegid Launches Cegid Atlas in Casablanca, Strengthening Its Strategic Presence in Morocco
Cegid, the European leader in cloud management solutions for finance professionals (treasury, taxation, ERP), human resources (payroll, talent management), accounting expertise, retail, and entrepreneurship, has officially launched Cegid Atlas, its new center of excellence located on the 12th and 13th floors of the Cross Tower in Casablanca Finance City. This opening marks a significant milestone in Cegid’s international development and confirms Morocco’s status as a strategic platform serving its European and global markets.
With Cegid Atlas, Cegid is taking a major step in its establishment in Morocco. This center is not intended to be just an operational extension; it is fully integrated into Cegid’s global organization and carries out high-value missions directly related to its main business divisions, notably Retail and Enterprise.
The recruitment drive initiated in June 2025 has successfully assembled a team of 240 employees for the site’s inauguration. Cegid Atlas will gradually support the international activities of Cegid and the ramp-up of specific expertise to benefit European and international clients.
A Global Center of Excellence
Cegid Atlas supports Cegid’s European clients across four key areas of expertise. Customer support encompasses multiple levels of assistance. The Delivery & Services team focuses on cloud deployment, integration, training, and post-sales support. The R&D team contributes to product development and technological roadmaps, while the back-office consolidates functions related to finance, human resources, information systems, and the operational management of the center.
This structure reflects Cegid’s commitment to establishing a fully integrated operational capability in Casablanca, showcasing Morocco’s evolving position in the value chain of international tech companies, with activities extending beyond traditional support functions to incorporate innovation, engineering, customer support, and high-tech services.
