SOMAGEC Raises 500 Million DH with Support from CIH Bank and Saham Bank

CIH Bank and Saham Bank have announced the successful issuance of a private placement bond by the Maghrebian Civil Engineering Company (SOMAGEC), which was conducted with qualified investors for a total amount of 500 million dirhams.
This financial operation aligns with SOMAGEC’s development strategy and aims to support its ambitious investment program planned for the 2026-2030 period.
Funding to Support the Group’s Investments
Through this bond issuance, SOMAGEC aims to strengthen its financing capabilities while diversifying its sources of resources.
According to a statement from CIH Bank, this fundraising initiative will enable the group to mobilize funds under optimized conditions by leveraging the bond market, thus facilitating the realization of its future investment projects.
CIH Bank and Saham Bank at the Helm of the Operation
Both banking institutions acted as financial advisors and placement agencies, working in collaboration with all partners involved in this operation.
Their role included structuring the bond issuance and supporting SOMAGEC throughout the fundraising process with qualified institutional investors.
