The Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region Development Agency Brings Its Services Closer to Communities with the Deployment of Five Mobile Agencies

Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Multiservice Company Launches Mobile Agencies to Enhance Accessibility

The Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Multiservice Company (SRM-RSK) has officially launched five mobile agencies, a new initiative aimed at bringing its services closer to customers, particularly in rural areas and regions distant from fixed agencies.

Designed as an extension of the existing fixed agency network, these mobile units primarily serve populations who, due to geographical remoteness, often have to travel significant distances to complete their administrative tasks.

This initiative is centered around five mobile agencies that will cover the various territories serviced by the company’s provincial directors, specifically in Kénitra, Sidi Kacem, Sidi Slimane, Skhirat-Témara-Salé, and Khémisset.

The mobile agencies are not merely information points. They function as a comprehensive customer service space, allowing users to perform a variety of administrative tasks and access the same services offered at fixed agencies, including:

  • Bill payments
  • Subscription sign-ups and cancellations
  • Connection requests
  • Filing and tracking complaints

The official launch of this initiative took place at the SRM-RSK Club in Kénitra, attended by the General Director of SRM-RSK, the five Provincial Directors involved, and the Deputy General Director in charge of Support Functions and Provincial Services.

A New Step in Customer Relations

The rollout of mobile agencies is part of a broader strategy by SRM-RSK aimed at enhancing customer access to its services by leveraging multiple channels.

Alongside its fixed and mobile agencies, SRM-RSK provides customers with a Customer Relations Center available 24/7, covering all water, electricity, and liquid sanitation services.

Additionally, the company’s digital solutions allow customers to complete various tasks remotely, such as monitoring consumption, making online payments, and submitting and tracking complaints.

On this occasion, SRM-RSK General Director Fatima Guennouni remarked, “With the deployment of these mobile agencies, our goal is straightforward: to bring our services even closer to our clients, everywhere within our territory. We aim to proactively reach out to users, particularly in the most remote areas from our agencies, enabling them to complete their essential processes as close to their homes as possible. This initiative reflects our commitment to developing a public service that is increasingly accessible, close, and tailored to the realities of our region.”
