Crédit du Maroc Takes a Significant Step Forward with Capital Increase

Crédit du Maroc is advancing its development with the launch of a significant capital increase operation. The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced on June 12, 2026, that it has approved the prospectus for this operation under the reference VI/EM/018/2026.

Approved during the Extraordinary General Meeting on April 27, 2026, this capital increase amounts to a maximum of 699.07 million dirhams. The initiative aims to strengthen the bank’s equity and support its growth ambitions amidst the evolving financing needs of the Moroccan economy.

As part of this operation, Crédit du Maroc plans to issue a maximum of 745,285 new shares. The subscription price has been set at 938 dirhams per share, which includes a nominal value of 100 dirhams.

The subscription period will run from June 26 to July 16, 2026, allowing investors the opportunity to contribute to the capital strengthening of the banking institution.

This fundraising effort aligns with Crédit du Maroc’s development strategy, which seeks to consolidate its financial structure, support its commercial expansion, and enhance its capacity to finance projects for both businesses and individuals.

Through this operation, the bank demonstrates its commitment to maintaining a growth trajectory while bolstering its financial strength in a constantly evolving banking environment.
