Mohamed Amine Myel Appointed CEO of Teralys, a Subsidiary of Al Mada

The Board of Directors of Teralys, a subsidiary of Al Mada, has appointed Mohamed Amine Myel as CEO, succeeding Noufissa Kessar, who was appointed as the Group’s CEO in January following the passing of Hassan Ouriagli.

Mohamed Amine Myel, the former general manager of Sotherma, a bottled mineral water company and a subsidiary of Al Mada, previously led Patisen, a diversified pan-African agro-industrial platform acquired by Al Mada.

Confirmed on February 13, his appointment as head of Teralys was officially registered with the Casablanca Commercial Court on April 24, 2026.
