Mohamed Bouzoubaa Launches B-Indus Dedicated to Industrial Real Estate

Mohamed Bouzoubaa Expands Ventures with Launch of B-Indus
According to several Moroccan media outlets, Mohamed Bouzoubaa is diversifying his activities with the establishment of B-Indus, a new entity focused on industrial real estate and logistics.
Backed by BFO Foncière and BFP Partners—two companies affiliated with the TGCC group—this new structure aims to enhance the real estate and industrial ecosystem developed around the construction group.
Reports indicate that B-Indus will focus on developing projects in industrial, logistics, and commercial real estate. Its scope includes the design, construction, rehabilitation, and marketing of warehouses, logistics platforms, and business parks.
The company also aspires to position itself in the real estate asset management sector. Its statutes allow for activities related to the technical, commercial, and administrative management of property complexes, which include operation, maintenance, and management of built and unbuilt infrastructures.
The same sources suggest that B-Indus may also engage in urban and rural land subdivision projects, as well as public infrastructure construction projects, either directly or through subcontracting arrangements.
With this new entity, Mohamed Bouzoubaa appears to be continuing his expansion strategy into high-potential segments, particularly industrial real estate and logistics, amidst a growing demand for infrastructure in Morocco.
