Morocco Initiates the Transformation of the National Ports Agency into a Public Limited Company to Modernize Port Governance

As part of a comprehensive reform of public establishments and enterprises, Morocco is preparing to transform the National Ports Agency (ANP) into a public limited company (PLC). This shift is outlined in the provisions of Bill No. 34.25, currently under discussion in Parliament, aimed at modernizing the governance of the port sector and enhancing its economic performance.
