According to various sources, nearly 47 hotel projects are currently in the approval or construction phase across different neighborhoods of the capital.
This growth reflects a determination to address the shortfall in hotel rooms and adapt the tourism offer to the expected influx of visitors during the global event.

The authorities of the Rabat–Salé–Kénitra region are overseeing this transformation, with the regional wali playing a central role in monitoring key structural projects.
