The hotel group RISMA continues to enhance its governance. On July 9, 2026, the Supervisory Board approved the appointment of Houda Skali as a member of the Executive Board, based on a proposal from this governing body.
This appointment is part of the group’s development strategy and aims to support the upcoming stages of its growth, in a context marked by continued investments and the expansion of its hotel portfolio in Morocco.
An Expert in Investments and Financial Markets
Since becoming the Operations Director at RISMA in 2021, Houda Skali has built a strong background in finance, investment, and corporate governance.
Before joining the group, she worked at Ernst & Young in Paris and then at Yamed Capital, where she was involved in several strategic operations related to investment and asset management.
At RISMA, she notably oversees asset acquisition and disposal operations, capital markets, strategic partnerships, as well as governance and compliance matters.
A Strengthened Executive Board to Support the Group’s Ambitions
With this appointment, the Executive Board of RISMA now comprises Amine Echcherki, Chairman of the Executive Board, Sofia Lopez Benhamida, General Director, and Houda Skali, who officially joins the governing body.
This new configuration reflects the group’s desire to consolidate its governance to support its development and reinforce its ambitions in the Moroccan hotel market.
