On Saturday in Rabat, the Kingdom’s Ombudsman Institution presented a series of publications focused on rights protection and institutional mediation, as part of its participation in the 31st edition of the International Salon of Publishing and Books (SIEL).

Under the theme "Readings in Mediation and Equity," these publications shed light on the evolving relationship between administration and users. Their goal is to enhance the discussion surrounding administrative justice, equity, and the quality of public services.

According to Najwa Acharki, head of studies and reports, this participation illustrates the transformation of the Ombudsman into a cognitive and cultural actor. The objective is to contribute to the production of administrative thought and to anchor the values of equity in public service.
