The Casablanca-Settat Multiservice Regional Company Implements Bill Payment Across All Its Agencies

Société Régionale Multiservices Casablanca-Settat Enhances Service Accessibility

The Société Régionale Multiservices Casablanca-Settat has announced the implementation of a new initiative aimed at promoting territorial equity and improving service quality. This new system allows users to pay their water and electricity bills at any agency within the Casablanca-Settat region, regardless of their place of residence.

This initiative addresses previous constraints faced by many customers, who were often required to travel between various agencies depending on the service needed or their residential area. Now, it is possible to make payments easily and quickly at a single service counter, simplifying procedures, reducing travel, and enhancing customer reception at the agencies.

To bolster payment channels, the company states that it has an integrated network comprising over 80 customer agencies and more than 5,500 nearby service points (service spaces, kiosks, neighborhood shops, etc.), in addition to digital solutions such as the “Fatourati” platform, the website, a mobile application, and online banking services.

Furthermore, the institution continues to expand its territorial presence, particularly in rural areas, by establishing new local agencies. Several agencies have recently opened in the provinces of Sidi Bennour, Benslimane, and Settat, with more openings scheduled soon. The deployment of mobile agencies also aims to bring services closer to remote populations.

By 2026, the number of contact points for users is expected to reach approximately 160, thereby enhancing the accessibility and proximity of services.

In terms of customer relations, a unified regional center has been established, accessible 24/7, handling hundreds of thousands of calls annually alongside services for guidance, complaint tracking, and notifications related to consumption and incidents. This has significantly improved customer satisfaction rates.

Regarding billing, the company relies on a modern meter reading system based on digital tools, ensuring the reliability and transparency of data, with billing based on actual consumption.

Serving over five million customers, the Société Régionale Multiservices Casablanca-Settat reaffirms its commitment to modernizing its infrastructure and ensuring equitable and continuous access to essential services, including water, electricity, wastewater management, and public lighting.
