The Ministry of Equipment Launches “Project Observatory,” a Digital Platform to Enhance Transparency
On Wednesday in Rabat, the Ministry of Equipment and Water officially announced the launch of the digital platform “Project Observatory”, a tool dedicated to monitoring and promoting projects on a national scale.
A Tool for Modernizing Administration
This initiative aligns with the directives of Mohammed VI aimed at modernizing public administration and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens.
It is also part of the Ministry’s digital transformation strategy, focusing on transparency, performance, and good governance.
Comprehensive Monitoring of Structural Projects
According to Minister Nizar Baraka, the platform encompasses all projects undertaken by the ministry:
- completed projects,
- ongoing projects,
- scheduled projects.
These projects span several key sectors:
- roads,
- water,
- ports,
- and meteorology.

The Observatory aims to enhance transparency by allowing citizens, media, and users to:
