Two New Members Join the Morocco Committee of the French Council of Foreign Trade Advisors
The Morocco Committee of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE) Strengthens Its Ranks with Two New Members
The Morocco Committee of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE) has bolstered its ranks with the appointment of two new members. Their nomination was officially confirmed by a decree signed on August 6, 2026, by French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu and published in the Official Journal on August 7.
The two new advisors bring a wealth of experience from strategic sectors and international groups operating in Morocco and Africa. They are Laure Russier-Bècle, Managing Director of Egis in Africa and CEO of the Société d’Exploitation et de Gestion Aéroportuaires (SEGAP), and Rik De Buyserie, Regional Vice President of Transformation and Geographies and Country Manager of ENGIE North Africa.
The Morocco Committee has also renewed the terms of three members in their roles. Claudia Gaudiau-Francisco, General Secretary of Tectra Recrutement Maroc; Jean-Michel Perret, Government Services Director for North & West Africa at Bureau Veritas; and Juliette Vivier, Managing Director for the Middle East Africa at Digital Factory, will continue their mandates within the organization.
Through these appointments and renewals, the Morocco Committee is strengthening a team comprised of profiles from diverse sectors and companies. This diversity is expected to enable the committee to maintain its expertise in serving French businesses present in the Kingdom.
The CCE aims to continue its role as an interface between French economic actors established in Morocco and their local environment. Its members contribute notably to supporting businesses in their development, promoting trade exchanges, and strengthening economic relations between France and Morocco.
The new composition of the committee comes at a time when Franco-Moroccan economic relations continue to be characterized by a strong presence of French companies across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, services, industry, and transportation.
