Weather in Morocco: Relatively Warm Conditions Expected This Saturday, July 11th

The General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) forecasts relatively warm weather for Saturday, July 11, 2026, particularly in the southeast, the Oriental region, the Moulouya valley, and the extreme south of the country.

Low clouds accompanied by patches of fog are expected during the morning and night along certain sections of the Atlantic coastline, which could locally reduce visibility.

Moderate to strong gusts of wind will also blow across the Oriental region, the Atlas Mountains, the southeast, and the southern provinces. These winds could cause localized sandstorms.

Minimum temperatures are expected to range from 24°C to 30°C in the southeast and extreme south, between 13°C and 17°C in the Atlas mountains, and from 17°C to 22°C elsewhere in the Kingdom.

At sea, conditions will remain calm to slightly choppy in the Mediterranean and the Strait of Gibraltar, with the waters north of Boujdour being lightly disturbed and slightly agitated to agitated south of this area.
