SRM RSK Participates in the Regular Session of the Council of the Association of Local Authorities
The Regional Multi-Service Company of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra participated in the proceedings of the ordinary session of the Council of the grouping of local authorities, held on February 3, 2026. This participation is part of ongoing efforts to enhance coordination and cooperation among various local stakeholders, with the aim of improving water, electricity, and sewage services at the regional level.
On this occasion, Ms. Fatima Guennouni, the managing director of the company, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the key accomplishments since the company’s inception, highlighting ongoing programs, projects under development, and priority actions aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.
The presentation also emphasized the exceptional efforts made by the company’s teams during periods of adverse weather conditions to ensure the continuity of public services and to swiftly meet the needs of citizens.
The discussions held during this session facilitated the agreement to strengthen communication and coordination mechanisms with the delegates, as well as the adoption of provincial action plans based on an accurate analysis of needs and the resolution of complaints specific to each territory. These measures will be accompanied by an increase in field interventions and a faster response to incidents, fostering a closer relationship with citizens and a continuous improvement in service quality.
