Moroccan Government Council: Lawyer Law and Ukraine Transport

A government council meeting is set to take place on Thursday, chaired by the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, according to an official statement. The meeting will focus on several significant bills and decrees.

Review of the Bill on the Organization of the Legal Profession

The council will commence its proceedings with a review of a bill concerning the organization of the legal profession, aimed at strengthening the legal framework and regulation of the sector.

Draft Decrees for Tourism and Aviation

Two draft decrees will be examined:

The establishment of a remuneration system for services provided by the Ministry of Tourism, including hotel and tourism training institutions.

The creation and organization of the Moroccan Academy of Aviation Professions, designed to enhance training in the aviation sector.

Morocco-Ukraine Agreement on International Road Transport

The council will also review an agreement signed in Istanbul on June 28, 2025, between Morocco and Ukraine regarding international road transport, along with a bill for the approval of said agreement.

Appointments to Senior Positions

The session will continue with the examination of nominations for senior positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Moroccan Constitution.

Special Meeting on Certain Legislative Proposals

Finally, the government will hold a special meeting to review specific legislative proposals, concludes the official statement.
