The Moroccan Cinematographic Centre announces the selected projects for the Morocco-France co-production workshop at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Moroccan Cinematographic Centre (CCM) recently announced the selected film projects that will participate in the Morocco-France co-production workshop, taking place alongside the 78th Cannes Film Festival.

In a statement, the CCM indicated that five film projects have been selected for this workshop, which includes four fiction films and one animated film. This initiative is organized jointly by the CCM and the National Centre of Cinema and Animated Image (CNC).

The selected projects are: “La maison des anges” (fiction) by Jihane Joypaul, “La piste” (fiction) by Mohcine Nadifi, “Laissées pour compte” (fiction) by Kenza Tazi, “Le champ” (fiction) by Mohamed Bouhari, and “Malik” (animation) by Khalid Nait-Zlay.

During this workshop, directors and producers will have the opportunity to meet with French co-producers in individual meetings to foster collaboration between the two countries.

The 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will take place from May 13 to 24, 2025.
