Air France Enhances Its Offerings in Morocco and Accelerates Modernization for Summer 2026

Air France Looks to Summer 2026 with Enhanced Program in Morocco
Air France is gearing up for summer 2026 with an expanded program in Morocco, marked by an increase in flight capacity, the introduction of new onboard services, and a continued commitment to cultural initiatives within the Kingdom.
In response to strong summer demand, the airline is adjusting its flight schedule between Morocco and Paris-Charles de Gaulle from July 3 to August 29, 2026. The Casablanca-Paris route will maintain five daily flights, while Marrakech will benefit from four daily rotations. Rabat is set to have up to four flights per day with the introduction of the Airbus A220-300, and Tangier will be serviced up to four times a week with this next-generation aircraft.
In parallel with its commercial development, Air France reaffirms its support for Moroccan cultural prominence. The airline will sponsor several major events, including the Gnaoua and World Music Festival in Essaouira, Jazzablanca, and the Comediablanca festival, through partnerships aimed at promoting artistic and cultural creation in Morocco.
On the service front, Air France continues to enhance the customer experience with new onboard dining options and the opening of renovated lounges at the airports of Casablanca, Marrakech, and Rabat-Salé. “Air France remains attentive to the experience of its passengers. We are fully committed to our customers,” stated Nadia Azale, General Manager of Air France for North Africa, the Sahel, and the West Coast.
The airline is also accelerating the rollout of free high-speed Wi-Fi on its aircraft. Available to members of the Flying Blue program through a partnership with Starlink, this service allows passengers to browse the internet, stream content, or stay connected throughout the flight.
Additionally, Air France is continuing to modernize its short-haul fleet with the progressive integration of Airbus A220-300 aircraft. More fuel-efficient and quieter than previous models, these planes help reduce the airline’s environmental footprint while providing greater comfort to travelers.
Finally, the French carrier is strengthening its presence in the Asian market by adding more flights to Bangkok, Singapore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Nairobi, along with increased capacity to Tokyo, Shanghai, and Phuket through the use of larger aircraft.
