Renault Group Appoints Pierre-Edward Dutheillet as Head of Renault Digital Morocco

Renault Group is strengthening its digital strategy in Morocco with the appointment of Pierre-Edward Dutheillet as General Manager of Renault Digital Morocco and Director of Information Systems for Renault Group Morocco. He succeeds Nicolas Rouveure, and his mission will be to lead the group’s digital activities in the Kingdom.
This appointment comes at a time when digital transformation is a strategic lever for the automotive manufacturer, both industrially and commercially.
Leading the Group’s Digital Transformation in Morocco
In his new role, Pierre-Edward Dutheillet will be responsible for developing the activities of Renault Digital Morocco and optimizing the group’s information systems.
His responsibilities will cover all technological needs related to Renault Group Morocco’s industrial, commercial, and digital activities, aiming to enhance operational performance and support the technological advancements of the manufacturer.
Renault Digital Morocco is set to play an increasingly crucial role in the group’s global digital strategy by developing innovative solutions to serve its various activities.
Over Twenty Years of Experience within Renault Group
Pierre-Edward Dutheillet brings a wealth of experience gained within Renault Group, having joined the company in 2002 after starting his career at Capgemini.
Over the last two decades, he has led several international projects focused on transforming information systems, notably in the after-sales supply chain sectors in Europe and India.
Since 2020, he has held the position of Domain Leader for Aftersales, overseeing information systems dedicated to after-sales logistics for France and several European markets.
An Academic Background Focused on Engineering and Technology
A graduate of the National School of Engineers in Chemical Engineering in Toulouse, Pierre-Edward Dutheillet also holds a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts in the United States.
His background combines expertise in engineering, digital transformation, and information systems management—skills that will support Renault Group’s digital ambitions in Morocco.

Established in Morocco since 1928, Renault Group boasts a strong industrial presence with production sites at SOMACA in Casablanca and in Tangier, which is considered the largest automotive plant on the African continent.
