The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has approved the final prospectus for the capital increase of Veolia Environnement, which is reserved for the company’s employees. In Morocco, this initiative pertains to employees across several subsidiaries operating particularly in the water, environment, and waste management sectors.

A Capital Increase Reserved for Veolia Employees

As part of this capital increase, Veolia Environnement plans to issue up to 14,834,468 shares.

In Morocco, this initiative will be available to employees from seven subsidiaries of the group. This includes staff from Veolia Services in Environmental Morocco, Veolia Environnement Industries Morocco, Amendis, Redal, Amanor, Veos Dangerous Waste, and the Moroccan Company for Grinding and Recycling Materials.

This operation allows the affected employees to directly participate in the company’s capital through a scheme specifically designed for them.

Subscription Period from August 1 to August 4, 2026

The subscription and withdrawal period is set from August 1 to August 4, 2026, inclusive.

The subscription price has been established at €31.33 per share, equivalent to 335.25 Moroccan dirhams.

This operation is in line with Veolia Environnement’s employee shareholding policy, enabling eligible employees in Morocco to acquire shares of the group under the terms outlined in the prospectus approved by the AMMC.

With this initiative, several hundred employees from the Moroccan subsidiaries of the group will have the opportunity to participate in a capital increase that directly links employees to the development of Veolia.
