Cement Sales in Morocco Increase by 4.53% in October

Cement Sales in Morocco Continue to Rise in October 2026
Cement sales in Morocco continued their upward trend in October 2026. According to data released by the Ministry of National Land Planning, Urban Development, Housing, and City Policy, deliveries by members of the Professional Association of Cement Manufacturers (APC) reached 1.58 million tons, up from 1.51 million tons in the same month of 2025, representing a 4.53% increase.
This growth confirms the positive momentum in the sector, following the increase recorded in September, where deliveries rose by 19.31% year-on-year to settle at 1.46 million tons.
Cumulative Sales on the Rise Since January
In the first ten months of 2026, cement deliveries totaled 12.57 million tons, compared to 12.37 million tons during the same period last year. This figure indicates a year-on-year growth of 1.58%.
The October figures have thus kept cumulative sales in positive territory since the beginning of the year, although the increase is less pronounced than that observed in September.
Five Operators Contributing to the Statistics
The published data encompasses the deliveries of all members of the Professional Association of Cement Manufacturers, namely Asment Témara, Ciments de l’Atlas, Ciments du Maroc, Holcim Maroc, and Novacim.
The changes in their sales figures serve as a closely monitored indicator to gauge activity in the cement market, particularly in relation to the dynamics of the building and public works sector in Morocco.
