Managem: Stock Trading Resumption Scheduled for November 3

Managem Set to Resume Trading on the Casablanca Stock Exchange

The stock of Managem is expected to return to trading on the Casablanca Stock Exchange at the opening of the session on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The mining group has announced that it has officially requested the reinstatement of its listing after a suspension that occurred on October 30 at its own initiative.

In a statement, Managem explains that this suspension was requested following the circulation of unverified information regarding its shares, particularly in the context of changes to the composition of the MASI index.

A Suspension to Ensure Equal Access to Information

The group notes that this action was taken to uphold the principle of equal access to information for investors and to prevent unverified information from influencing market decisions.

Managem further asserts that no significant events likely to impact its stock price have occurred or been brought to its attention to date.

The Group Maintains Its Financial and Operational Outlook

In its statement, the mining group also assures that its financial situation, operational performance, activity, and outlook remain robust and unchanged compared to the information previously disclosed to the market.

Managem specifically refers to the elements presented during the publication of its half-year results as of June 30, 2026.

Finally, the group acknowledges the statement released on October 31 by the Casablanca Stock Exchange regarding the composition of the MASI index. In light of this information, it has initiated the necessary steps to allow trading in its shares to resume on Tuesday, November 3.

This resumption follows several days of suspension and occurs amidst ongoing market speculation regarding changes to the composition of the benchmark stock index.
