Amina Bouktab: The 10th Edition of the Al Omrane Real Estate Fair Highlights the Direct Housing Assistance Program
Amina Bouktab, a member of the Executive Board of the Al Omrane Group, confirmed that the 10th edition of the Al Omrane Real Estate Exhibition 2026, held in Casablanca from June 2 to 5, has selected direct housing assistance as its central theme. This choice aims to engage citizens with the results of this national initiative launched under the High Royal Directions.
This statement was made during the official opening of the exhibition, presided over by Housni Ghazzaoui, the Chairman and CEO of the Al Omrane Group, alongside several prominent figures from government, finance, and the housing and real estate promotion sectors.
Mrs. Bouktab explained that the selection of this theme reflects the Group’s desire to highlight the achievements of this program. In this regard, she indicated that 100,000 beneficiaries have already benefited from the direct housing assistance scheme.
She added that the program has reached various citizen categories: women represent 47% of the beneficiaries, youth account for 52%, while Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) make up nearly 24% of the recipients.
Finally, the Executive Board member emphasized that this large-scale program has introduced a new momentum in the housing sector and territorial development. She reaffirmed the Al Omrane Group’s total commitment to implementing this national initiative, which is expected to yield positive outcomes for both the sector and citizens’ access to housing.
