Crédit du Maroc Successfully Completes Capital Increase
Crédit du Maroc (CDM) has successfully concluded its capital increase through cash contributions, demonstrating the confidence of its shareholders and investors. This fundraising initiative, reserved for existing shareholders and holders of preferential subscription rights, was launched after receiving the prospectus endorsement from the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) on June 12.
The operation garnered significant interest, with subscription levels exceeding the number of shares offered.
Nearly 885 Million Dirhams in Subscription Requests
According to a statement from the bank, total subscriptions reached approximately 884.6 million dirhams, corresponding to a demand for 943,061 new shares.
As a result of the operation, 745,285 new shares were allocated, amounting to nearly 700 million dirhams, in line with the objectives set by the banking institution.
Subscription Rate of 127%
The capital increase recorded a subscription rate of 127%, indicating that investor demand significantly exceeded the actual volume of shares issued.
The irreducible subscription accounted for 95.3% of the operation, reflecting the strong participation of existing shareholders who exercised their preferential subscription rights.

The success of this capital increase enables Crédit du Maroc to strengthen its equity and provides additional resources to support its development strategy.
