EcoFinance Analytics launches EcoIA, an AI dedicated to the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

Moroccan Fintech EcoFinance Analytics Unveils EcoIA, an AI Assistant Designed to Make Financial Information More Accessible

On October 14, 2026, EcoFinance Analytics announced the launch of EcoIA, a conversational assistant tailored for the Moroccan financial market. This innovative tool is integrated into its Super-App and aims to enhance the accessibility of financial information by analyzing official documents, clarifying financial indicators, and citing sources, all without providing investment recommendations.

The introduction of EcoIA builds on EcoFinance Analytics’ existing fintech ecosystem, which includes EcoTALKS, a financial social network, and EcoQUIZZ, a daily financial education tool.

The primary goal of EcoIA is to simplify the understanding of financial data released by companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Annual reports, often lengthy and technical, can pose challenges for individuals seeking better insights into corporate performance and the mechanics of the market.

AI Based on Official Financial Documents

Housed within the EcoFinance Analytics application, EcoIA allows users to ask questions in everyday language and receive answers grounded in official financial documents. Its resource base includes financial reports submitted by issuers to the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) from 2019 to 2026, performance data from mutual funds provided by the ASFIM, and information from the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

According to the company, data is continuously updated. Financial ratios—including price-to-earnings (P/E), return on equity (ROE), return on assets (ROA), average annual growth, and float—are calculated using dedicated tools rather than being generated directly by the language model.

EcoIA also emphasizes educational value by offering clear explanations for beginners, particularly on topics such as how to read a balance sheet, the meaning of various ratios, and their interpretations.

“EcoIA is a translator, not a guru,” states Hal Benchetrit, founder and CEO of EcoFinance Analytics, highlighting the commitment to making financial reports comprehensible without replacing the investor’s decision-making process.

An Information Tool Without Buy or Sell Recommendations

The fintech clarifies that EcoIA does not serve as an investment advisor. The assistant does not provide buy or sell signals, price targets, return forecasts, or personalized recommendations.

When a user inquires about which stock to buy, the tool presents facts, indicators, and explanations, leaving the decision entirely up to the user. EcoFinance Analytics reports that this positioning has been tested through several hundred questions, including some designed to circumvent the assistant’s established limits.

The company aims to prioritize transparency and verifiability of information in a landscape where individual investors may encounter unverified advice on social media.

A Free Offer and a Subscription at 65 MAD per Month

EcoIA has been available since October 14 on the EcoFinance Analytics application, accessible on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.

Free access allows users to pose one question per day, while a paid subscription priced at 65 MAD (including tax) per month offers unlimited questioning capabilities.

Founded by Hal Benchetrit, EcoFinance Analytics is a Moroccan fintech labeled as a "Young Innovative Company." It is dedicated to developing a Super-App focused on investment and financial education, bringing together EcoTALKS, EcoQUIZZ, and EcoIA, with the upcoming launch of EcoINVEST announced as the next step in its development.
