FCA Morocco Unveils Its MotorVillage in Bouskoura, Near Casablanca

FCA Morocco has grandly inaugurated its MotorVillage in Bouskoura, near Casablanca, an international-scale automotive complex that brings together the brands Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep, Abarth, and Mopar. This is the first establishment of its kind in Morocco and Africa, making it one of the group’s most significant flagship sites worldwide.

A Monumental Automotive Complex of Over 80,000 m²

Spanning more than 80,000 m², the site features a 4,300 m² showroom dedicated to the various brands under the FCA umbrella, along with over 3,000 m² of office space.

MotorVillage also encompasses multiple functional areas, from exhibition spaces to reception lounges, including after-sales services and commercial areas, all designed to provide an immersive experience in the automotive world.

A Comprehensive Center for After-Sales Service and Used Vehicles

The facility includes a 3,250 m² workshop as well as a 2,600 m² spare parts store, enabling the maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicles to meet manufacturer standards.

FCA Morocco also highlights a dedicated offer for used vehicles, featuring specific spaces where customers can select from a wide range of inspected and guaranteed cars.

An Immersive Customer Experience with the Jeep Territory

The MotorVillage features a Jeep Territory, an area specifically designed for exploring the brand’s off-road capabilities. A 600-meter track allows visitors to test various models under real condition.

Additionally, the complex includes a restaurant, a conference center, and even a football academy for children, enhancing its multifunctional character.

A Project Focused on Sustainability and Innovation

In alignment with sustainable development goals, FCA Morocco aims to produce 30% of the site’s energy through photovoltaic panels, with a long-term objective of reaching 60%.

The MotorVillage concept, which originated in Italy in 2006, combines performance, technology, design, and community spirit. Already established in several European capitals, it is now expanding to Morocco, underscoring the strategic importance of the national automotive market.
